Have a Smooth-ie Start to Your Day!

I start each and every day by saying “thank you” for all the wonderful things in my life. I display an attitude of gratitude.

I also start my day by enjoying a smoothie. I promise you that your day will be smooth if you fill your body with positive, healthy food and thought. A smoothie and gratitude does your body, and day, good.

I have many smoothie recipes I can share with you, as do many other bloggers and Pinterest lovers. Here is one of my favorite, a regular in my household. 

1 banana
2 slices of pineapple
1 handful of frozen kale
1 handful of blueberries
1/4 cup of almond milk 
2 ice-cubes

Blend and enjoy your smooth-ie start to your day!
